Izumi is an airheaded young lady who struggles to concentrate on multiple tasks at once. Her mind frequently drifts away, leading her to trip and cause a scene. Despite her lighthearted nature, Izumi is quite determined and it can be challenging to alter her perspective. She adores Niikura and treats her as if she were her younger sister. Izumi always carries a camera in case she encounters something interesting. It appears that she is the only person in the City who appreciates Honkan's efforts, causing him to grow increasingly enamored with her each time they interact.
