A friend of Tsubaki who wears glasses, is dating Oka for about a year, but they try to keep it hidden from their classmates except for Tsubaki, Urabe (later Hayakawa). Uenos stories give Tsubaki romantic ideas that she uses on Urabe. He has a possessive attitude and doesn't take Oka to the beach because other guys might see her in a bikini and become jealous when they talk to her.
