Kousuke is known as the most arrogant, aggressive, and violent of all the Blade Children. He often implements assassinations due to his strong-willed nature and tendency towards physical violence rather than verbal negotiation. Despite being impulsive and impatient, he is also very intelligent, having skipped most of elementary school but still catching up to secondary school level through reading and learning from books. Kousuke left middle school after a confrontation with a teacher. While Rio considers him stupid, in reality, he has romantic feelings for Ryoko.
