Aoi Satake  

Aoi Satake was an university student who went out with his friends for drinks one day and then visited a shrine where he prayed for popularity and to have a girlfriend. The next morning, after waking up rolled in a red string and with a stranger claiming to be a god inside his house, Aoi learned that the god had granted him his wish. However, the following day, Aoi faced harassment from different people at college, so he went back home where the god was waiting for him again. The god revealed himself as Ookuninushi-no-mikoto and claimed that Aoi had promised to be his bride 15 years ago, a vow which Aoi did not remember making. Disappointed, the god then disappeared. Later, Aoi's best friend Daisuke visited him and attacked him. The god reappeared and offered to save Aoi and take back his wish if he agreed to be his bride. Although initially resistant to the idea of a same-sex relationship, Aoi was satisfied with being kissed by Ookuninushi.
