Tomoe is Hotarus best friend and attends Hamasaki High School in her third year. Part-time work at a local restaurant and involvement in the theatre club are some of her interests. She has an open, friendly demeanor. In the OVA, Ken misinterprets her reciting lines from her upcoming play as a declaration of love for him, causing her to fear she might take Hotaru's place in his affections. Her hairstyle resembles Yue Imasakas from Memories Off.
