I-pin is an assassin from Hong Kong who only speaks Chinese. Although this young girl cannot speak Japanese at five years old, the "Adult I-pin" eventually attends a Japanese college and becomes one of its most promising young assassins. Despite her success, she takes on a part-time job at a Chinese restaurant ten years later. I-pin has a crush on Kyoya Hibari, who resembles her teacher. In times of great stress, she clings to the nearest person and a clock appears on her head. When it reaches zero, there is an explosion similar to a bomb.
