Mikage serves as the assistant to Rex Godwin and is responsible for monitoring Jack Atlas. Despite being devoted and loyal, she often inadvertently provokes the ire of her superiors due to her behavior around Jack. It appears that there may be romantic feelings between Mikage and Jack, although this has not been confirmed yet. Godwin assigned Mikage to keep an eye on Jack after Jeager reported his meeting with Yusei Fudo. During a meeting with Akutsu, Mikage informed Godwin about the encounter. Although Godwin politely excused himself from the session, he nearly choked Mikage for allowing Jack near "Satellite scum" once outside. Alongside Godwin and Jeager, they observe the duel between Yusei and Jack on a police scanner, and Mikage casts uneasy glances at her superiors. It seems that Mikage does not get along well with Jeager, as evidenced by her frowning at him and his tendency to belittle her regarding her lack of knowledge about Jack.
