The main character in c³ is named fear, who identifies as female and describes herself as being cursed due to experiencing excessive hatred and negativity. as a result of this "curse," she gained consciousness and came to haruakis home with the intention of purifying it. however, fear is actually an artificial device called fear in cube, which was used for torture during the inquisition era.
