Blue Man  

The man dressed as a mummy is blue, and he's accompanied by a person with red hair to Halloween celebrations. They then take Kongming to the BB Lounge for EIKO's performance. In the show, they appear in both the opening and closing scenes, and briefly join in at Episode 12 while partying and drinking.
