Felli is a second-year student at the Military Arts Academy in Zuellni who was forced by her older brother, Calian Loss, to join the section despite her reluctance and resentment towards him. She possesses high telepathic abilities but struggles with putting much effort into battles due to her lack of interest. Felli takes a liking to Layfon because they both share similar experiences of being forced into the Military Arts against their will. Despite her calm demeanor, she has a tendency to physically abuse her brother or Layfon when she is angry or embarrassed. She calls Layfon by the nickname "Fonfon" and demands that he call her Felli without honorifics. Felli's powers involve manipulating the petal-like segments of her Dite for searching, communication, and offense if necessary. The overwhelming amount of information constantly entering her mind makes it difficult for her to make facial expressions except on rare occasions.
