Despite being female, Kashima possesses a regal demeanor and frequently flirts with the girls at school. As part of the drama club, she is known for her loyalty to Hori-chan-senpai and often tries to win his favor. However, her efforts are often misguided, leading to misunderstandings and awkward situations. For instance, Kashima assumed that Horis interest in shoujo manga meant he wanted to dress and act like a girl, resulting in several embarrassing incidents for both of them. Kashima is also known for skipping classes and club duties, which frequently puts her at odds with the drama club president, Hori. Despite this, she excels academically and is skilled in sports, but struggles with tone deafness and dislikes strong-smelling foods.
