Tetsuro serves as a carpenter and prop maker at the mankai studio. he tends to be reserved and doesn't speak much. when he does communicate, it's usually in short phrases of three words or less. only a select few individuals, including matsukawa, yuzo, and misumi, seem to comprehend tetsuro's quiet nature.
