Satsuki is a kind and diligent cook who enjoys cooking and belongs to the school's culinary club. She also works at Chao Bao Zi, a restaurant located on a streetcar that specializes in meat buns and other foods with Chao, Hakase, Ku, and Chachamaru. Satsuki is well-liked by everyone in Mahora, including Evangeline and Nitta, who view her as a hardworking person despite their initial prejudices against the middle school students. Her presence exudes tranquility, and she can easily resolve conflicts between hot-headed individuals from both high schools and universities. Satsuki's ultimate goal is to open her own restaurant, where she hopes to make people happy through her culinary creations. In the manga, Satsuki's unique way of speaking is depicted without a speech bubble.
