Orter is the older brother of Wirth Mádl and a Divine Visionary. He is part of the Magical Power Administration of the Bureau of Magic. He wears a long cape, a waistcoat, a white long-sleeved shirt and a black tie. Like his brother, he has got a pair of glasses resting on his nose, and he has got a magic mark on each cheek.
