Wigglytuff is a balloon-like Pokémon with leporine features, featuring a bean-shaped body and stubby arms and legs. It has a fluffy, curled tuft of fur on its head that is described as perfectly heavenly. Its long, rabbit-like ears have black insides and slightly lighter color at the tips, while its large, blue eyes are covered in a layer of tears that quickly washes away any debris. Wigglytuff's body is soft and rubbery, allowing it to inflate by inhaling. It can inflate itself up to 20 times larger with no limits, moving by bouncing or floating while competing with other Wigglytuff. If caught in a bad mood, Wigglytuff will inflate itself to an enormous size to scare away its opponent. As a result of evolution via Evolution stone, Wigglytuff is rarely found in the wild but can be found in vivid green plains and grassy fields. Its pink fur with a white belly is so soft that those who touch it will not want to stop, making it highly sought after due to its bouncy body and fur.
