Giliath Osborne, also known as the Blood and Iron Chancellor (鉄血宰相てっけつさいしょう), was appointed as Erebonias chancellor and leader of the Ironbloods. He held complete control over his country's domestic politics, international negotiations, and military affairs until his death in S.1206. His nickname "Blood and Iron Chancellor" came from his belief that peace must be built on a foundation of blood and iron. Osborne was skilled at gathering information about his opponents through various means, including talks and maneuvering behind the scenes. He had great talents as a civilian employee of the imperial army and was highly respected by those around him.
