Carbink, メレシー

Carbink is a grayish-rock Pokemon with a conical body that's about the size of a small animal. Its exterior has light blue crystals in various shapes and sizes, and it wears a white fluffy collar around its head. This creature uses its soft mane to polish other Carbinks' gems. It has bright blue eyes, a light blue crystal on top of its head, diamond-shaped ears, and is about the same size as Minior and Dwebble. Carbink originates from high temperatures and pressures underground and can be found during cave excavations. After birth, it can sleep for millions of years before waking up again. Sableye and Gabite are known to prey on Carbink, while Carbink defends itself by shooting high-energy beams from the gem on its head. In rare cases, Carbink undergoes a mutation and turns into Diancie, the princess of the Diamond Domain. A pack of Carbinks lives deep underground with their queen in a jeweled kingdom. The servants of Diancie are called Merrick, Bort, Allotrope, and Dace.
