Mr. 11

The character known as Mr. 11 has an unknown real name and works for Baroque Works as a Frontier Agent during the Arabasta arc of One Piece. He is partnered with Miss Thursday, but she does not appear on screen. In two episodes, he makes a brief appearance, first being captured by Captain Smoker in Luna's and tied to a flag post. On Smoker's ship, Mr. 11 unknowingly reveals information about Baroque Works. During the second episode, while on Arabasta, an unexpected event causes the crew to leave their ship. While trying to free himself, Mr. 11 mistakes "Billions" (henchmen for Officer Agents) for "Millions" (henchmen for Frontier Agents). The Billions reveal their rank and are at the same level as him, agents above ranked of 10 being not much stronger than them. After apologizing, Mr. 11 is shot by "Mr. Mellow," who says it's time to open a post. Though his death isn't shown, Mr. Mellow's comment suggests that he was likely killed, as Tashigi tells Smoker in the same chapter/episode that Mr. 11 was murdered.
