Doraemon has an acquaintance named Etsuko who attends the same school as Nobita Nobi and Shizuka Minamoto. She frequently engages in playtime with them along with Nakamura and Tachibana. Etsuko is easily recognizable by her rectangular glasses, brown hair, white shirt with a blue collar adorned with a red ribbon, and blue dress. In one particular episode, her attire changes to green instead of the usual blue colors.
