An Okinawan girl who attends one of the top schools for females is part of a nursing team that is dispatched to a combat zone as the conflict intensifies. Although San lacks experience with men, her fear is alleviated by her friend Mayu using a form of magic, causing her to view men as mere shadows.

She is the sole survivor of the nursing team. After being captured by the enemies, she is safely reunited with her family.
