Staraptor, ムクホーク

Staraptor is a bird-like Pokemon that resembles a large bird of prey. Its feathers are grayish-brown and it has small red eyes with a thin yellow beak tipped black. A white patch on its forehead, which is smaller in females, marks the area around its head. Large white markings cover its throat and chest, separated by a black ruff surrounding its shoulders. A red-tipped black crest extends over its head, almost reaching the tip of its beak. Staraptor uses this comb to appear larger and scare enemies. It has large wings with five black-tipped tail feathers, yellow feet with black talons, and powerful leg and wing muscles that allow it to fly easily while carrying other Pokemon, regardless of their size. After evolving, Staraptor leaves its flock to live alone as it becomes strong enough to take care of itself. Despite illness or injury, this aggressive Pokemon persistently attacks larger foes.
