Alfred is the son of Queen Ève of Firene's family and Céline's older brother. During his childhood, he would often visit the Divine Dragon Alear while they slept. He was later given two retainers, Boucheron and Etie, for protection purposes. His father taught him how to use a lance before passing away. Despite suffering from illness as a child, Alfred has largely recovered but still experiences occasional lingering effects of it.
