The borough collaborates with Killy's Uoodo operation under a false identity as a holy man, training Proto-One as his mentee. When Chirico is discovered in Uoodo, the borough assists in eliminating him, leading to a battle between Proto-One and Chirico. Following the destruction of Uoodo by the Melkian army, the borough joins forces with another Killy ally, the Prince of Kummen, and persistently pursues Chirico until their ultimate confrontation.
