Keitaro Nishi, also known as Jugo Shishi in the short story Kushagara by Rohan Kishibe, is an artist who works at Shueisha and has a close relationship with the author. After receiving a list prohibiting certain manga terms, Jugo becomes fixated on understanding the meaning of "kushagara".
