The "crow princess" is a humanoid female from an alien race known as crow tengu. Her species has predetermined that she will marry a man who awakens her from slumber with a kiss. Unfortunately, this person turns out to be Ataru, despite her lack of interest in sleeping with him. To honor her people's traditions, the princess goes to great lengths to transform Ataru into a worthy father for her children while simultaneously battling Lum and Shinobu. Her ideal man is Yoshitsune Minamoto, one of Japan's legendary historical figures. Despite this, she continues to search for a suitable mate, but faces challenges such as Mendou being too similar to Ataru, Ryuunosuke being revealed as female, and Rei transforming into an unsightly ushitora creature. All potential suitors live in the same area as Ataru, who still believes he is her destined father.
