Elise is the younger sister of Anne Littstein, who also holds the title of Mia Luna Tearmoons Court Artist. Due to frequent illnesses, she spent much of her time writing while in bed. One such story was "The Poor Prince and the Golden Dragon," which Anne shared with Mia prior to her execution in the original timeline. Unfortunately, Elise passed away before completing this tale due to a plague and famine that swept through the area. In the present timeline, Elise has become Mias Court Artist, a position she initially declined but was later corrected on by Mia who accurately predicted the unwritten parts of her story from the future. Additionally, Anne sends money to her family, allowing Elise to be more active and engaged in writing "The Poor Prince and the Golden Dragon" as well as other works such as "The Princess Chronicles of Saint Mia" and "Guillotine Princess," which Anne enjoys and refers to as Guillopuri.
