Ootori Choutarou is the second tallest player at Hyoutei Gakuen. Despite being new to the team, he took the time to patiently assist his senior teammate, Shishido, in training for their positions. His Scud Serve is known for its speed and difficulty to return. During the Nationals, Ootori's Neo Scud Serve broke the record as the fastest serve, surpassing the previous record held by Inui Sadaharu of Seigaku. Additionally, Ootori has a musical talent and plays both the violin and piano.
