Ouka Shiunji is one of the three oldest Shiunji siblings, along with her brother Arata Shiunji. She is known for being outgoing and popular among her peers of any gender. As a student at her school, she excels in swimming and academics, placing second only to her older sister Seiha. Although she generally maintains a kind demeanor towards others, she has been known to be feisty with Arata, her "twin" brother. Despite their frequent disagreements, their bond as siblings runs deep, with many instances throughout their childhood where their thoughts and actions mirrored each other so closely that others assumed it was some kind of psychic connection.
