Teppei Sugihara

Teppei Sugihara, a student who enrolls at Kaimei High School in chapter one, was bullied by Jōgasaki during his primary years. This leads to him being pressured into painting over a member of the Sket Dan. Due to this incident, he becomes known as the "Paint-Man." After its resolution, Teppei joins the school's basketball team and is later voted as class 2-C's top sportsman.
