Chiharu Mihara

Chiharu Mihara is a friend and classmate of Sakura Kinomoto, as well as a member of the cheerleading squad. She often stops Takashi Yamazaki from spreading false information about historical events. Though she playfully strangles or drags him away by his collar, they have been friends since kindergarten and are in a romantic relationship. In the anime adaptation, their relationship is less clearly defined, but they exchange chocolates for Valentine's Day and are frequently seen together both inside and outside of school. When Sakura discovers that everyone connected to the cards has lost their feelings for the person they love most, Chiharu and Yamazaki react as strangers to one another. In the English adaptation of the series, her name is changed to Chelsea, and she and Yamazaki are portrayed as cousins with sibling rivalry. She is voiced by Miwa Matsumoto in the original anime series, Jocelyne Loewen in Cardcaptors, and Dorothy Elias-Fahn in the English dub of the second film.
