Elie is a lively, bubbly, optimistic girl who enjoys wearing tight-fitting midriff tops and mini skirts. Although she has a hot temper, it was evident when she destroyed a casino after losing a bet. She first met Haru Glory at the casino, where she was about to win roulette but Plue moved the table and ball, causing her to lose. Despite this setback, Elie joined them after Haru saved her. When she revealed that she was searching for her memories, including her name, birthday, and parents, Haru promised to help her find them together. Elie has a deep love for casinos and often drags the group there whenever they are available. She closely resembles Resha Valentine, the creator of the Rave.
