Inertia  

The girl that Kino meets with is suffering from an illness. Her parents, who own the hotel where Kino is staying, ask her to visit their daughter. Every month, she writes letters to her friend Rogue, who lives in a village where his family was relocated due to their condition. She dreams of going there one day when a cure for her disease is discovered.
