Politoed, ニョロトノ

Politoed is a green, two-legged amphibian-like creature with yellow hands, belly, throat, toes, and hair on its head that resembles a frog. It has pink cheek spots that are smaller on females than males. Its belly has a green swirl, and its legs are well-developed with bulbous toes and fingers. Politoed leads Poliwag and Poliwhirl, who gather from afar when they hear its call. It enjoys singing and expanding its throat, with three or more of them singing together in a chorus with a loud, booming voice. The curly hair on its head signifies its status as a king, with longer and curlier hair making it more respected by others. Politoed is rarely found in the wild but can often be seen near water edges. At nightfall, it makes territorial claims by shouting-like cries that are louder in males than females. A male with a deep voice becomes more popular with the opposite gender. Politoed evolves from Poliwhirl, along with Poliwrath, one of the final forms of Poliwag.
