The executive director of astral is an onmyouji who resembles a cat, known as nekoyashiki. he has four shikigami companions named seiryu, byakko, suzaku, and genbu. as the only remaining member from the first generation president's time, he writes for a magazine in his free time. prior to joining astral, nekoyashiki was affiliated with various sects. during one of these encounters, he met mikan, who left her family and clan, the katsuragi family, due to expectations as their successor. nekoyashiki then brought mikan to astral, where she became a valuable member of the organization.
