Takeru Kongo is a prominent member of KEEL. He has blonde hair styled in a short ponytail, black eyes, and stands tall with a lanky build. Despite his impish personality and being very talkative, he can also be quite cowardly at times. He sent his men to attack Sakura on his behalf and expressed relief when he learned he wouldn't have to fight Kaji personally.
