At thirteen years old, Daiya serves as Gaiking's young pilot, being the 47th member of the Daikuu Maryuu crew. He embarks on this journey in search of his missing father on Darius. Despite his youth, Daiya is known for his bravery and is considered the strongest among the crew. He values his fellow crew members and friends greatly and depends on them during battles. When piloting, his hair transforms from black to red-orange, resembling a flame.
