The main character in the series is a second-year student at seitetsu gakuin high school. he was chosen as a blue kämpfer by moderator and given a zauber type with fire-based powers. due to the rule that all kämpfers are female, he transforms into a girl when activated. after his kämpfer form was revealed during a fight with shizuku, she arranged for him to be enrolled in an all-female class to satisfy public curiosity and distract from kämpfer battles. his kämpfer form is now considered one of the three beauties at seitetsu gakuin high school, much to his dismay, as it has attracted intense affection from kaede sakura, whom he harbors a crush on.
