Keroro Gunsou, ケロロ

The main character in the series is named Keroro. He leads a platoon of soldiers known as the Keroro Platoon. At this time, he introduces himself to the audience by stating that he comes from the 58th Planet, is part of the Space Invasion Army Special Tactics Platoon, and holds the title of Sergeant. Prior to being discovered by Natsumi and Fuyuki, Keroro lived in hiding on Earth until he was captured. With his weapon, the Kero Ball, taken from him and his army abandoning him, Keroro easily surrendered. Initially viewed as a freeloader or former prisoner of war, Keroro has become accustomed to life on Earth through his role as housekeeper for the Hinata family. His favorite dishes include fried potatoes, dango, carambolas, and caviar. He also enjoys building Gunpla models and reading manga.
