Pluto Batou is the captain of the second division of the Harusame pirates. He has earned the reputation as the best swordsman within the organization, holding the title "The Star Sword King." It's been said that he can match Kamui in combat with a sword. Furthermore, he possesses an eye that allows him to read his opponents' thoughts, movements, and even past actions.
