Sasuke can sometimes be distinguished from other faceless male ninjas in the series, despite their similar appearances. While these ninjas wear different outfits, they all maintain their masks. Onsokumaru and Shinobu are able to recognize them apart due to sharing many traits with Onsokumaru, although they exhibit a more kind-hearted and conscientious demeanor, striving for nobility and wisdom. They often act in unison but can easily be distracted, resulting in minimal productivity. There is ongoing debate about whether these ninjas are actually one individual utilizing the "copy art" technique ("bunshin no jutsu").
