The faculty advisor of the Karasuno High School's volleyball club is Takeda, who despite being inexperienced in the sport, was appointed to this position. Although he may not fully understand the rules, Takeda takes detailed notes on everything new he learns about volleyball. He possesses an enthusiastic and brave personality.
