Ayame, a high school freshman who is also Ibukis younger sister, possesses a reserved and aloof demeanor known as tsundere. Despite being aware that her breasts are smaller than those of her siblings, she has developed romantic feelings for Yoichi over time. Although she tries to assist him without any specific reason, Ayame struggles with household chores in general. She feels overshadowed by Ibuki and dislikes being compared to her. During the play's performance, Ayame accidentally kissed Yoichi twice while he was unconscious - once unintentionally and once intentionally.
