Elfleda, also known as Effie, is a member of Lottes all-female staff and was once Naoyas wet nurse. She stands out for her large breasts, which caused Naoya to blush initially. In addition to being one of Lottes confidantes, along with Griselda, Elfleda comes from a noble race that possesses traits similar to cows. Her milk is renowned for its exceptional taste and medicinal properties, featuring a subtle apple flavor. Like cows, she wears a bell around her neck. While generally pleasant, Elfleda can exhibit slightly perverted tendencies at times and may feel embarrassed around Naoya at first. She is often seen with Griselda or Judit, looking after Princess Asuha and Naoya.
