A missing black-market Doll is being sought by the Black Reaper's team. The prize arrives at their doorstep through a new friend named Kenji. This low-level mafioso has developed feelings of sympathy for the stoic girl and decides to leave his syndicate, putting him in danger with warring mobsters. Hei is asked for help but it may not be worth risking trouble due to the potential backlash from both warring factions and his own syndicate. Meanwhile, Kirihara recognizes something familiar about Hei while he's out on a mission in civilian attire.
