Usami Akira  

Akira Usami is a scientist at Otomo City's laboratory and an impersonator of Skullman. Detective Shinjou views him as suspicious and believes he may be responsible for the murders, despite there being no concrete evidence linking him to the crimes. Despite this, Shinjou continues to monitor Usami closely. Meanwhile, Minakami is intrigued by Usami and attempts to interview him, which displeases Shinjou. Later on, Usami makes an attempt to eliminate the original Skullman.
