Emiko is Daisukes mother, who is extremely energetic and does not behave like someone of her age. She creates costumes for him to wear when he steals artwork. Additionally, she sends out notifications to the police about his next target location, time, and date. As a child, it upset Emiko that she couldn't become a phantom thief herself. Despite this, she is deeply in love with her husband, Daisukes father Kosuke.
