Arthur is williams sibling who's nearly finished his studies at eton. although he can be quite serious and sometimes grouchy, he strongly disapproves of williams romantic involvement with emma. additionally, it seems like he implies that there are financial responsibilities that need to be taken care of since william will eventually inherit the family property.
