During a conversation between Ash, Iris, Cilan, and Luke about entering a film competition, he was drawn to their discussion and approached them. He motivated Luke to create a stunning movie. Following the presentation of the contestants' movies, Mr. Gold awarded Luke with the prize for best film. In his commentary on Luke's work, he praised its abundance of love and expressed excitement about seeing what Luke would produce next.
