Yomotsu Hirasaka, a blind man, utilizes a device known as the "Justice" diary to record wrongdoings that he believes require correction. Despite its name, Yomotsu considers both religious cult activities and random trash on the floor equally unjust. The diary's function is similar to the Sixth Sense's "Thousand League Eyes," but it acts more like the "Thousand League Hearing." With hypnosis granted by his diary, Yomotsu can create illusions.
