The older sister of Genshirou Ryuuga, who is also known as the Black Dragon God's chief retainer, moves into the Yuuragi Inn after being impressed by Kogarashi's physical and spiritual strength. Her goal is to preserve her family's bloodline by trying to seduce Kogarashi. Despite initially appearing stoic, she gradually displays genuine emotions and romantic feelings as she interacts with the other tenants. She and her brother possess the ability to transform their arms into blades.
